Prefabhome.eu (Frame House Group) designs and manufactures custom prefabricated timber frame houses for clients across Europe. Since 2003 we have completed over 2,150 homes, built at our own factory near Olaine, Latvia, and delivered to Italy, France, the Netherlands, Norway and other European countries.

Engineering and materials

Our houses use C24 structural timber, 12 mm OSB sheathing and 300 mm of mineral wool insulation in a 70×195 mm frame. This airtight, breathable build-up reaches A+ energy class and passive-house level performance. Every structure is engineered to Eurocode 5 and Eurocode 8, and certified with CE marking, ETA and ISO.

Custom design, fixed quality

Every project is engineered individually to your own architectural plans. Prices start from 440€/m², with a 10-year structural warranty. From design to delivery a typical house takes 3–4 months, with on-site frame assembly in just 5–14 days. Request a free, personalised quote within 24 hours.

We manufacture in Latvia and deliver ready-to-assemble timber frame structures throughout Europe. Factory visits are available by appointment (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00).
