FHG Ads Analytics — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SIA "Frame House group" handles data, including data obtained through Google API services by our internal application FHG Ads Analytics.

2. What FHG Ads Analytics is

FHG Ads Analytics is a closed internal reporting tool. It is used only by authorised employees of SIA "Frame House group", is not offered to the public, is not sold or distributed, and cannot be connected to advertising accounts that do not belong to us. Its reports are published on an internal dashboard protected by a user name and password, issued by the company administrator. The connection to Google is authorised once, by a single administrator, using a company Google account that already has access to our own advertising data.

3. What data we obtain from Google

With the administrator's consent, given through Google OAuth 2.0, the application reads the following, in read-only mode:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — campaign, ad group, ad and keyword performance statistics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) and keyword planning data (search volume, forecasts) from Google Ads accounts owned by us.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly — session and traffic statistics from our own Google Analytics 4 property.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly — search queries, impressions and clicks from our own Google Search Console property.
openid and userinfo.email — the e-mail address of the administrator who authorised the connection, used only to identify that person internally.

All of the above is aggregated statistical data. It contains no personal data of website visitors or of any other individual. The application requests no other Google user data, and never accesses accounts or properties belonging to other people or organisations. It performs no write operations: nothing in a Google account is created, changed, paused or deleted.

4. Why we use this data

Exclusively for our own internal business purposes: measuring the effectiveness of our advertising, planning keywords and budgets, and producing internal management reports. The data is used for no other purpose.

5. Limited use of Google user data

FHG Ads Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, we do not:

sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer data received from Google APIs to third parties;
use it for advertising purposes, including retargeting or personalised advertising;
use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
allow humans to read it, other than the authorised employees who need it for internal reporting, when required to investigate a technical problem, or where required by law.

6. Storage and security

Data retrieved through Google APIs is stored on a private server controlled by SIA "Frame House group".
OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are kept in access-restricted configuration files on that server, and are never shared or published.
The internal dashboard is served over HTTPS and protected by authentication.
Access is limited to the employees who need it for their work.

7. Retention, withdrawal of access and deletion

Advertising statistics are retained for as long as they are needed for internal analysis, and are deleted when they are no longer required. The administrator may withdraw the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the stored token then becomes invalid and is removed from our server. To request deletion of data held by us, write to info@prefabhome.eu.

8. Sharing with third parties

We do not share data obtained through Google APIs with third parties. Disclosure may occur only where required by applicable law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.

9. Visitors to our website

This policy covers the FHG Ads Analytics application. The privacy practices of the website prefabhome.eu itself — cookies, web analytics, enquiry forms and marketing — are described in a separate document: Website Privacy Policy. Data collected from website visitors is handled separately from the internal application described above, and is never combined with data obtained through Google APIs.

10. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, request restriction of processing, object to processing, or request data portability. Send any such request to info@prefabhome.eu; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv) or with the supervisory authority of your own country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with its "Last updated" date.
