What this application does
FHG Ads Analytics is an in-house reporting tool built and used by SIA "Frame House group", a manufacturer of prefabricated timber-frame houses. It reads performance data from the company's own advertising and website accounts and turns it into internal reports that guide how we spend our advertising budget.
- Campaign, ad group and keyword performance from our own Google Ads accounts — impressions, clicks, cost, conversions.
- Keyword research and search-volume forecasting through the Google Ads Keyword Planner service, for our own campaigns.
- Session statistics from our own Google Analytics 4 property and search queries from our own Google Search Console property.
- A combined report that follows the chain from advertising spend to enquiry, to deal, to payment.
Who can use it
The application is closed. It is not offered to the public, is not sold or distributed, and cannot be connected to advertising accounts that do not belong to us.
Reports are published on an internal dashboard at analytics.prefabhome.eu, which is protected by a user name and password. Credentials are issued by the company administrator to authorised employees. There is no public sign-up form — not because the application lacks access control, but because it is never released outside the company.
The connection to Google is authorised once, by a single administrator, using a company Google account that already has access to our own advertising data. Employees do not connect their own Google accounts to the application.
Google API access
The application authenticates through Google OAuth 2.0 and requests read-only access to the following scopes:

- All access is read-only. The application never creates, edits, pauses or deletes anything in a Google account.
- It reads only accounts and properties owned by SIA "Frame House group".
- The data retrieved is aggregated statistics. It contains no personal data of website visitors or of any other individual.
- Nothing is sold, rented or transferred to third parties, used for advertising, or used to train artificial-intelligence models.
Data protection
Everything retrieved through the Google APIs is stored on a private company server, served over HTTPS and protected by authentication. How we handle this data is described in full in our FHG Ads Analytics — Privacy Policy.
